I’m on day 8 of my clomid PCT. Life happened, and I was away from my apartment for >24 hours. So I missed 1 day of clomid. The next day I woke up with ONE sore right nip with a little lump underneath. I read the sticky. How can this happen? What can I do about it?
Please help!

What is your current SERM dosage?
The mind can tend to flip out sometimes. Most likely psychosomatic. Continue on with your prescribed regimen, you should be fine.
Clomid: 150mg for the first 5 days, 100mg for the next 3 days, then 50mg/day until I run out (I have 1.5 grams)
Nolva 20mg/day
I stopped the nolva because I felt it impacted my cognition (I felt slow/foggy, and wikipedia said nolva has been known for impaired cognition)
I continued on with the Clomid though, except for the day I missed yesterday. I literally went to bed with nothing, and woke up with a very tender spot near my right nip. I can feel a small pea sized lump as well.
I’m seriously grasping at straws right now. I’ve been all over the internet, but information is sparse, and the legitimacy is always questionable. Please help!
I would start Running the Nolva again it’s better than clomid at stopping gyno
What was your cycle ? What compounds and how long ? Did you run an AI ?
Are you prone to gyno ?
When did you pin last? Do you have an AI’s on hand?

I did a (relatively) weeny cycle. Only 400mgs/deca week for 9 weeks. No test, no ai’s and no problems. I didn’t have even one slight side effect. I last pinned 2 weeks ago, and started PCT shortly thereafter. This has been my first cycle.
I have letro on hand. I preemptively took 1mg today, because that was the best I could come up with, and I wasn’t sure if I’d receive advice in time. I know this is a time-sensitive issue.
