Seriously, F the Police

There are alot of terrible, terrible, terrible LEO’s out there. Disproportionally way too many.
I don’t have much respect for the badge, if at all.

But it’s a necessary evil of living in society, as much as garbage men.
At least garbage men aren’t abusive powertripping idiots.

Oh, and I don’t mean to disrespect garbage men at all.
While their job, picking up trash, is just another byproduct of living in a large society, they don’t bother anyone, and aren’t constantly in the news because of new scandals and abuse stories.

All the garbage men jokes should go towards dirty or unprofessional LEOs.

If the system was willing to change internally why are laws designed to suppress awareness of police corruption in place.

I will NOT be traveling to Illinois so long as that law is in place.

Also, interesting article: Constitutional Law Prof Blog

The above has an extended piece of a video which has been posted several times on various LEO-themed threads; it certainly poses a few interesting questions:

  • Should the officer have identified himself as he stepped out of the car, as he had drawn his sidearm? Whether by displaying badge, or verbally?

  • Could the recording be “unknown” as the camera was in plain view on top of the rider’s helmet?

  • Are cops while on-duty or, while performing job duties off the clock, protected by the same anti-surveillance laws as private citizens? If so, should they be?

I walk out front every scheduled pick-up morning before Christmas to personally hand our garbage men crisp $20 bills. The looks on their faces alone is worth 10x that.

More police hijinks, its funny that the ATF facilitated the transfer of arms to cartels considering how hostile they tend to be towards legal gun owners.

It seems very strange that a police department which claims the officer was justified in this instance did not release the officer’s details of the event.

Looks like a piece of shit standing behind a tin shield tried to kill a man shopping with his son.
