I’m starting TJM next week but only on 2 lifts, Squat/OP. Think you may be the only one doing it so far with a log but I will start one too since I’ve seen the program come up more in discussion but no one has really tried it yet.

Thanks MIM!
Decided to post some pics of myself since I am supposedly dieting! I know you’re not supposed to use overhead lighting but whatever haha
Holy crap that’s a lot of reps at 215. Crikey. Nice work.
At this day, do you follow a particular diet, or do you eat on “feeling”?
It will be fun to see changes in your physique ![]()
Kepp up the good work trav!

Thanks, I’m used to high rep benching though so the squats will be the real test. I predict several seconds of searing pain.

I’ve recently started tracking my macronutrients on a daily basis and keeping everything very tight, but before that there was alot of “feeling” going on hence my current condition haha. Thanks for stopping by, I believe I’ll be putting new pics up every month or so from now on since they can’t get any uglier than these ones!

222.6 this morning
Think I’m going to switch my assistance work to lockout/tricep work on bench day and deep bottom portion/chest work on shoulder day, just makes more sense to me as there’s deeper rotation with the OHP while my arms only go to about parallel on bench. Plus my elbow has been hurting so this will allow me to use more tricep pressing movements.
Also going to try sumo deads on front squat day, think that’ll be good for balance.
Nice work buddy, you’re getting it done.
