If anyone is bothering to read this, am I doing it right?
I am waiting until I fail to get the required reps for my 5/3/1 set before I even think about deloading. I am just wondering exactly how much progress I am making. Seems to be a long time before I hit that, and I would optimally like to make some sort of progress pretty much all the way up until that day.
