Anyone wonder why the ACLU isn’t screaming about this ?
Probably because the district overuled the school. The ACLU has litigated cases like this in the past. This is a bastarization of the laws. Doesn’t come close to being ‘incendiary.’
so apparently to these people you can’t identify yourself as mexican and american at the same time.? America and Mexican holidays cannot integrate WTF?!??!

This happened in the Houston Area on Cinco de Mayo. The kid actually threw the flag in the trash. He was interviewed by a local Radio Talk Show Host. This child is a Sophmore, and enrolled in ROTC.

Take a look at the pissed off Mexican kids…hopefully diabetes and obesity will kill these idiots off. I know I’ll look like a dick for saying that but hell, I don’t care how “incendiary” it may seem, you live in America, you SHOULD be able to wear red, white, and blue any goddamn time you want to.
Ron, the thing we just don’t understand anymore …is that being American is now a BAD thing. Everything related to America is BAD. Anything non-American, is embraced and seen as progress for the evils America is.
It used to be people were proud to be American and integrate into America. This is no longer true. Mexicans want mexico in America in vast numbers. “Immigrants” are differnt today, and create more divide than harmony or advances through true diversity. Diversity to these people now means seperation.
The Mexican issue has come to a head for border states, and something must be done.

You are correct in this assumption.
Mexicans want Mexico in America. They do not want to learn English or integrate. They don’t want to be American at all and want to “Take Back” California and the border states. They are not “Immigrants” in the sense we once understood.

Where are you from that you have such a keen insight as to telling me that I’m wrong?

We all either have to have an ID or a green card. It’s always been this way. Why are existing laws all of a sudden forgotten and treated as if they never existied before?
Obama…
Blame it on Banks…
Blame it on Bush…
Blame it on Greedy Wall Street.
2 can play the blame game Irish, but the fact is that Illegal Immigration is THE SINGLE largest monetary and Social issue we have today here in the border states. You can’t skirt the facts dude.

i promised not to be inflammatory. But Irish isn’t that Nazism in a way? Rock, I’m sorry that you LIVE and SEE that DAILY…partner. You are wrong to some degree. Everyone integrates into the mainstream culture. Just like those drunkard, wife beating Irish are now as American as apple pie. Nobody put a little 4 leaf clover or a bottle of whisky on their arms now did they? Those that dont integrate remain in their barrios, ghettos etc and become an eye sore as well as a drain on the system WE work hard to maintain. With PROPER immigration reform their numbers would controlled. They are not the union’s only problem. They are not the source of the union’s problems. We have a door to door Ikea salesmen for a president, an economy run to the ground by corporate greed and stupid middle class people, and the list can go on. A bunch of (insert racist term for a person of Mexican heritage) aren’t part of the problem but a small component to the greater issue. The flag is flying so low nowadays its hard not to piss on it. The blame can’t be put on one group. Its simply illogical.

Okay I agree to some degree. I don’t like housing ILLEGAL criminals in local state prison. The greater problem is a broken immigration system and an administration that doesn’t have the balls to do anything about it.

Agreed. It is not just this administration, but all the administrations back to Reagan. There is something gained by both Republicans and Democrats to have illegals here. I think the US Citizens are now starting to voice their opinion. November, I hope is an eye opener for all politicians.
MY LAST POST:
The Union is crumbling and those funding will only do so much before pulling their hands out of a BAD INVESTMENT. It’s days as a super power are numbered and its fall I can see in my lifetime. Immigration reform is now NEEDED and all those useless pieces of shit we LOOSELY elected have to act before we have ourselves a nice little Jim Crow revolution. I dont agree with those two individuals being sent home for wearing the flag of the nation.
Their motives might have been pointed but their opinions/actions are protected by the Constituion that a few brave elites fought to establish. Their actions should have been tolerated as much as Cinco De Mayo is. Those school officials were wrong. Unless they were blatantly being racist towards the ethnic group they had no basis for their actions. People intergrate into the mainstream culture. Much like that Austrian is governor of this state…even if his English is more broken than most Mexicans in the nation.
Every ethnic group integrates into the whole. This is what makes the union. We can’t scapegoat. I didn’t work out very well for the Nazis. This nation has grown to be tolerant and is a nation of laws. The broken immigration system has to be tackled and mended so at least that ONE stab wound stops bleeding so much. Like I said before, this one issue isn’t the only issue that is driving the nation to the ground. Even with that problem addressed…its fall is inevitable. Time to learn Chinese or Farsi

I was being sarcastic when I wrote that.
And while I disagree with some of your sentiments, I do agree that the illegal immigration is not the cause of every problem in this country, but a piece of the larger pie.
Is it a drain? Yes. Is there a problem? Yes. But it does not mean that everything that’s wrong with America is their fault.
And as I’ve said before, the issues that people are claiming with the Mexicans are exactly the same issues that have been said over and over by every white person everytime a new group of immigrants arrives.
Most of us here have only lived in the past 50, and since 1960 there hasn’t been a mass immigration of one specific race the way there was in the 20s’ or the 1840s. I think those people that were alive then would find much irony in many of these conversations.
