I will be taking my second steroid cycle, I will be running Alpha-One.
Cycle is 3 weeks on taking 2 tablets a day. The cycle is short because its so harsh on the liver.This is some powerful shit from what I have heard.
So here is what it looks like:
Week 1-3: Alpha one 2 tablets daily
Support: Milk thistle extract 500 mg daily, Hawthorne Flower & Leaf Extract 300 mg daily, Grape Seed Extract 80 mg daily, N-Acetyl-Cysteine 400 mg daily and arimidex 1 mg daily.
Week 4-11: Arimiplex-PCT 2 tablets daily, 0.25 mg arimidex daily (just some extra estrogen blocker)
I am 28 and weigh in at 173, and am 5 foot 8.
