Hey guys, this is my first time using a forum so I’m not sure how this works, but I’m planning on starting my second cycle in May and just wanted to get some of your guys opinons on it. I’m 21, 6ft 205, fairly good physique, and fairly good diet, macros are: 200p, 400-550c, 60-90f. Workout 5 days a week, with one active rest day where I normally do cardio and abbs and one regularly rest day.
Planning on doing 12 weeks of Test E and EQ at 600mg each a week, with arimidex as my ai .5mg every other day or as needed. For pct im going to do clomid 40/40/20/20 with arimidex as needed and slowly tapering off. But I’m confused on whether or not I should take HCG during my cycle or for the first week of my pct ? If I do it during my cycle I was going to do 250-500iu a week, and if I do it for pct I was going to do 500iu a day for the first week(7 days) and then proceed to clomid and arimidex. Just wanted your guys opinons and recommendations on when to take hcg. And any side effects I might experience and how to counter them. I will have arimidex, clomid and nolvadex on hand. For my first cycle I did 10 weeks of test E at 600mg a week and took hcg 250iu’s twice a week, and I didn’t have any problems. Also I’m wondering if you think a cycle like this would cause any hair loss? I know it depends on your genetics and my dad is 56 and still has decent head of hair but I was just curious. Hopefully this is enough information and sorry if I left anything out.

Also went got labs done last Friday and my Total T came back at 795, Estrogen 1.78 and prolactin 8.3 and I haven’t taken anything in 1 year.

I can help you with the arimidex part and when it is needed during pct. The recommended dose is 0mgs/w.

You can run the HCG up to your PCT. Normal dose is 500-1000 in per week. Hair loss… maybe due to increased DHT. Not likely unless predisposed. Too much arimadex during cycle and none during PCT. EQ is normally run a little longer than 12 weeks.

Thanks for the info guys, I just wasn’t sure about the hcg because I don’t wanna desentize my leydig cells. And I’ll lower the arimidex dose on cycle.
