About to embark on another cycle,my second. Was planing on running 500mg of prop a week for 12-16 with 300-400mg of masteron for the last 8 weeks. I also have some dbol on hand. I have never had this before and was thinking about 20mgs a day for the first couple of weeks.
i know the prop is fast acting but it probably not kick in for the first week or so. I have noticed mates who kicked off with dbol for as little 14days have really put size on quickly. Any comments as to the dosage and length of time to use the dbol?
probably should switch for a longer ester test if he wants to be on that long. dbol at 20mg split into 2-3 doses would be ok i guess. I never taken it that low.

Second cycle, and you are already up to 900mg. WOW! I am stunned. Probally by your 5th cycle you will be up to 2000mg., and so on, and so on! Take a closer look at your diet and training, and concentrate more on that. Unless, you are looking for an easy way out. Post your stats, and diet, and goals, this is the important key. Personally, you should not be taking more than 500mg. of test per week. PM me for any advice, I lasted 28 years.
OK bit more info, I currently am just under 6’3", weight 104kgs or around 230lbs. My diet is currently at 3000Cals a day, 1500 protein or 375grams, 1100 cals from fats or 120grams of fats and 400cals of carbs or 100 grams. I have 4 protein shakes a day, oats for carbs in the morning and carbs in my PWO shake. I eat around 500grams of tuna a day, also chicken and steak and a couple of servings of green vegies that I dont count in the calories consumed. I’m also big on omega three eggs, and fish oil tabs. I take a multi vit and my protein shakes come with BCAA’s and L carnitine.
My first cycle was 400mg of prop for 10 weeks and I also threw in 4 weeks of NPP at 300mgs a week for the last 4 weeks. To be honest my diet was fucked and I drank way to much and I consider it to be a bit of a waste. Apparently I still looked like a put on a fair whack of size but I would venture to say nuthin like what I could have if I had my head together. Been off for about 6 months,not drinking, stable life and diet is infinitely better.
I had never written down what I was eating nor planned a diet so I am still trying to establish a baseline for where I need to be. I have a fairly slow metabolism and a desk job so 3000cals may not sound like much and it may not be but the last month I have been doing this My weight has gone up slightly and my bf has gone down.
End goal is I turn 30 at the end of Novemeber and I want to be in top shape as thats also the beginning of summer here. I have no issues with pinning, doesn;t worry me at all, I actually look forward to it. No dramas with prop, didn;t get any bloating, no painful injections. I just wanted to try dbol to see if it would kick start things, lower dose to avoid excess water. The masteron I liked the sound for a few reasons, helps harden up, interacts with SHGB to allow more free test to get around and helps with water retention.
My aim is to put on some size as cleanly as I can basically. If I can get to 110kgs or close to with a low bf% I will be very very happy. I know that there are other ways of doing it but yeah, I want to take the quickest route with my goals and timing in mind. Bearing in mind I have prop and dbol would you go with masteron or something else. I can get EQ, Tren and Deca. Tren sides worry me, EQ would be ok but Deca would probably bloat me.

I don’t see the problem with running prop for that long, will probably run it for 12 more so than 16. As I said before the pinning doesnt worry me, was going to do 1.5ml EOD which is 3.5 injects a week or 525mg of test.
The dbol was to kick start, prop being short ester thought running dbol for 2 weeks would be enough rather than the 4-6 slated when running test e or cyp. Also heard so many good things about dbol I justw anted to try for myself. The masteron is for the last 8 weeks for reasons as mentioned in my earlier post. BTW is that your own pic, very impressive.
Interesting thoughts on the cycle Altered. Is there any reason why people seem to have a problem with running prop for that long? It’s same as enth and cyp essentially just different ester.
You actually live in India or Indiana? Manly was kinda my old stomping fround before I moved to Melbourne for work this year. Bondi isn’t all bad but there are a heap of up emself wankers
So with that in mind enth and cyp are only going to work for 6weeks only as well its just the ester time to build up that makes people run em for 12-16weeks?
You start seeing results around week 4-5 on cyp, and these fade by 10-12… so it is around then. So i would GUESS 8 weeks would be good for prop - that is a guess though.
but yeah, i suspec that to be the case with long cycles of any test. Not saying it isnt done, but in a more cyclic fashion - and by long term users who need the levels to maintain too…
