As far as radio, the only program I can even stand I Jim Rome. Mostly because of the quality of calls. There’s nothing worse than listening to 3 hours of callers wit nothing to say.

That’s usually the best analysis most sports fans can come up with. Rome’s callers may be annoying and childish, but at least they are creative and have a take.
He doesn’t sound unprofessional, he sounds like a goon. But, he keeps getting work, so most people must like him, which proves that most people are idiots. I met Berman once at an after hours mexican restaurant here in Houston. He was pretty cool. And DB,Ifel you on the Linda Cohn thing.

To be fair to a lot of callers on talk radio, usually they’re cut off before they can finish their point.
