bench 1 min rest 8 sets of 4 with 215lbs
wide grip paused, dead bench
scapular retractions, flys, tricep extensions and other bicep and trap work
iso abs 2 sets of 1 min, side iso abs

this killed me but im getting through. I feel stronger but also beat up at the same time. Wendys triple burger FTW!

squats 330x3, 360x3 (felt real good)
squats 60 sec rest 8 sets of 3 with 315lbs (my face turned a new shade of purple)
oly paused squat 270 for 2 sets of 5
glute hams, glue bridges, clam shells, abs and some other things I may be forgetting

This was brutal but the 360 for 3 reps felt as good as a heavy squat can feel…excited for whats comming.

I just realized a correction on my bench day my second paused set was 260, not 275.

people watching at the gym can be fun. May have seen the shortest range of motion on a squat ever but the set was done too quick for me to get the camera out. unless he was doing “knee unlocks” to help the start of his squat…but im sure he called it a squat
