Right now I’m currently doing a cruise on 1 ml of T400 every 10-14 days. I’ve always pinned glutes only, with the exception of 1 leg injection, which left me limping around work for a week. Lately Ive been noticing it takes much more strength to push the plunger when doing glutes, and the only thing I can think of is scar tissue buildup. From my research, I’ve found that it should be okay if you rotate between left and right glute, so long as theres at least a week between shots. So I’m interested to see what some of the veterans do as far as site rotation, and minimum time that should be given to a site before you hit it again. Thanks in advance.
I only pin quads so probably not much help, but might be for someone out there. I’ll do something like: Monday, top left quad, Thursday, top right quad. Next week will be like: Monday, bottom left quad, Thursday bottom right quad, then following week will go the middle and then rinse and repeat
23 g, 1&1/2" needles. You could use a smaller gauge if you wanted. I have done 2ml in my delts plenty of times before, maybe even 3ml. Its been a while since I cycled, just doing 1ml TRT injections these days. I used to save large injections for the glutes.
I use a 25g 1” on my glutes, any reason I shouldn’t try that on my delts? Haven’t been having issues with glutes at all, but not opposed to adding a few fresh sites to the rotation.
