The reason I ask is that I’ve always preferred pinning lower body because its easier to reach and keep steady (specifically lateral quad) but as I’ve done more cycles and started pinning ED its really uncomfortable like hitting a tiny lump or knot.
Plus I know this cant be helping my IT band which already locks up tight as fuck forcing me to foam roll on a metal cylinder.
And because its going to get worse before it gets better, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or solutions. I was thinking maybe a thicker needle (21-23g) might pierce easier than a more flimsy needle or do I need to just be more adventurous where I stick it (no pun intended)
I would def rotate more sites and I would go smaller gauge needle personally a 21g is really gonna add some serious scar tissue. Try using a 29g should slice right through and minimize scarring.

Reed is right man. Rotate more. Also right about the gauge, although depending on how many mls your are pinning it could be tedious with such a small needle.

Just pin more often it sucks but honestly a 29g or 30g needle is so painless it almost makes ot worth it.
Should clarify pin more often so you can lower the ML per pin so it doesn’t take so long. Pushing 1 or 2 ml a time is much easier than 4 or how ever many. Plus it cuts pip down alot.

Agreed, pushing 4 ml through a 29 ml would feel like forever

I pin everything atleast EOD even Deca but, have recently switched to ED for pretty much everything. Just so much easier and pain free.
What’s easier about it out of curiosity? You use a slin pin instead now?

Well the slin pin for one but, now since even with running 1000mg Test and 500mg Tren if I shoot every day I am shooting less than full ML a day and the pip or any tightness at all is gone. Where as if I was shooting 2x a week I would be shooting 2ml of Test 1ml of Tren a time and 3 ml can be a bit painful espeacaily in the quads or delta or something. So now I experience almost no discomfort what ever and blood levels are as stable as they possibly could be.

I now and forever will only pin ED.
However I suppose I like thicker needles, Im using a 23g now and it feels so flimsy but if bigger ones scar up worse Ill try for smaller ones.
Do you pin your long esters ED?
I prefer short esters but if i did do a long ester I would pin it ED anyway.
It would be almost impossible to accurately predict the rate at which the drug will be released into your blood as it sits there. Even if it is a long ester, adding a small amount every day will cause a much more continuous release with much less variance.

in my experience, smaller gauge needles pierce more easily
This is true. Applied pressure is inversely related to area, so the smaller the needle the more easily it should pierce. My problem is I dont like how flimsy it feels, like Im trying to pin with a piece of straw. I go real slow and my hand shakes a little especially if I’m in a spot thats hard to reach.
