if anything he just looks smaller to me, probably from less water and glycogen retention now that he’s just cruising.
Thank you brother.
Well thats obvious, going from a blast to a cruise you will look smaller and lose some size, but the drop in body fat is pretty clear aswell IMO. I never had the delt and upper back vascularity.

a few pics back your delts and arm looked 2x as big
just trust the process, the aim is still to cut right SB? I’ve got one week left of dbol and I’m still quite full and fat but hoping that when I drop it I can start to lose some of the water and look leaner.
Yes im still cutting. I truely now believe that AAS should only be used if one is under 10% BF. I think below that BF is where the magic of AAS truely happens. Hence this cut is to drop to 10% or below before my next blast, I dont mind if I lose size right now.
Im glad your prep is going well. Water retention definitely is deceiving at lower BF %, it can make you look up to 4-5% higher than you are.

You don’t really lose much… if at all when you go off cycle do you
I dunno, that’s a tough pill for me to swallow. I’ve never even been close to that BF level. I get what you’re saying though, it’s just tough for some,of us that are not genetically inclined to be lean.
Thats correct. This past blast I gained a couple of pounds but lost alot of bodyfat so i was happy with that. Lost those few lbs of glycogen and didnt gain any BF back so i guess it was a success. I don’t do “watery” blasts with high test and other wet compounds to gain 20lbs and then lose it all.
Im the same as you brother. Naturally my set point is probably around 13-16% BF. I have to work and diet hard to get into single digits. But i believe if you start in the singles, keep the same diet and slowly up the calories you’ll make more use of the gear (better nutrient partitioning, higher insulin sensitivity), look better and potentially create a new set point for your BF because more muscle = higher metabolism/TDEE. So it becomes easier to stay leaner.

It also seems like you enjoy the aesthetic aspect of being on the roids(which I totally get)where as personally I just want to gain as much muscle as possible each cycle if that makes sense(thinking more long term rather then what I’m looking like hardness wise etc during the cycle. ) but my goal is to be as big as possible. So I can see from your point of view why being that low makes it much better. I obviously don’t want to get fat, but I’d rather eat big and gain good size on a cycle then lean out after words while cruising, I feel like you have to go big or ppl tend to get stuck at the same size for a long time because they are afraid of gaining a few pounds of fat.
Idk all this makes sense in my head atleast lol
I know I’ve brought up my trainer too many times but I got this type of mindset from him, and I def wouldn’t mind looking like him lmao
But I’m sure most wouldn’t agree with this mindset. I just see so many guys in the gym that just stay the same, gear or not. I want my body to constantly be changing. Getting stronger and better personally. I’ve told myself I never want to be that guy that’s just looked the same for years
Just found this study that seems to suggest there’s not much difference between 40mg/day and 80mg/day of anavar:
This is why God invented metformin!! LOL
