Sarah Palin: The Sound and the Fury

I know, democrats = immoral, evil

Palin, Reagan, Bush (er… a pattern?) = goodly good

I don’t know about you, but now I feel great having concluded how EASY this actually is!
Schwarzfahrer wrote:

So you put someone who never should have had a shot because of utterly transparent shortcomings in the fight and protest afterwards?

Strange, all of you guys are usually quick to point out how feminine and socialist society has become. Children are taught that participating is worth more then winning.
But Palin, somehow, is an exception.

She lost and that game wasn’t supposed to be fair- it’s supposed to be high stakes, high risk.
If you try to play president you have to be able to cope with journalists.
Palin wasn’t able to do that, she even couldn’t handle her own daugher. I wonder how she’d cope with Hu and Putin?

Guys, if she was any good, she would have won that charade. Granted, her dimwit qualities appeal to a lot of people, guess what, Obama, too has charisma, only that his bs appeals to even more people.
Yea, that’s the way the game is played, the liberal mainstream media is supposed to attack whomever the republican nominee is. And Obama was supposed to get a free ride. You’re a funny guy. If Obama was ever put to the same standard as Palin he would not have won. He is the least experienced guy who has ever held the office of President, and the most liberal. But Shhh they had to keep that a secret because middle America would have turned their backs on the (medias) chosen one.

We are suffering right now because the media didn’t do their jobs!

Now why would you say that the party that is for abortion and stealing more money to inflate government is evil?

Huh? Why would you say that?

Free ride?
What about him being a muslim, a non -american, being misspelled “Osama”, having ties with terrorists and radicals etc etc.
You cannot accept that he’s simply playing this game better and she’s an amateur.

But: Sometime in the future, republicans will have a better lier, someone like Reagan, who will shine on TV and fool everyone better then his opponents.

It’s just a matter of time. But it just wasn’t Palin’s time (for which we can be thankful, because even Bush was a genius compared to her idiocy. She is completely without reason, integrity, morals, education and honesty as can be easily observed by her behaviour)

I didn’t expect you to get this right, and you didn’t let me down. Reread the post you’ll notice I said “the liberal mainstream media.” That would exclude FOX the only news source that talked about his racist preacher and things of that nature.

The press was so far up Obama’s ass that they even threw Hillary under the bus. Did you watch any of the Hillary/Obama debates? No, guess not. More fun to pretend.

So, basically you have no answer to the facts that I’ve posted. Good for you, you are nothing if not consistent.

I have had enough of exchanges with you to realize that it is beyond your grasp to communicate
unless the person you are communicating with agrees with you

That is IMO where you and I part ways , I appreciate a different point of view. That is why I come here.

So the so-called liberal media liked Obama more, while “rightwinger” media favoured his opponents.
Seems “fair” to me.

Did you see the video some blogger posted not long ago? It was discussed here on T-Nation.
He is basically standing just there and filming her while Palin and her family demonstrate how charming they are. (I’m especially proud of the kids!)
Was this, too, a conspiracy?
How weak must your idea of leader-material be if some random guy can make you look bad by filming you for a few minutes.

Would Reagan have looked that bad?

You should appreciate a differing view as it’s the correct one. Also, it should be noted that you have one more post and still no response to the facts that I’ve posted.

Try not to neglect what I have said about Palin. That is, she is not Presidential material, simple. With that said, there can be no denying that the mainstream liberal media favored Obama in a very big way. You don’t have to believe me just ask Bill Clintion, “I have never seen a candidate treated so disrespectfully just for running.” Clinton strongly criticized the media saying that ever since Iowa they have been against his wife. (ABC News)

You can go on living in a dream world regarding your hero Obama. But the fact is the mainstream liberal media trashed anyone and everyone who dared to try to stop him. It’s easy to win when your PR department is the news media.

You don’t get the most inexperienced man to ever hold the office of President while also being the furthest left without a lot of help from the media. I know you understand this because you’re a smart guy. You just have a hard time admitting it.

By the way are you enjoying the hope and change yet?

It’s obvious that you are able to go online, right? So, now all you have to do is check to see how many negative stories were run about Obama, vs Hillary. We don’t even have to bring Palin into this, as it’s obvious what the press did to her. Just compare Obama and Hillary. For heaven sakes even SNL did a few skits making fun of how biased the press was toward Obama. It’s not a secret. The mainstream liberal media wanted Obama to be President and now he is.

Those are facts. And I will point out that you have yet one more post and still no response to refute what I’ve pointed out. Come on take off your Reagan hating hat and put on your critical thinking hat and try to come up with a defense as to why the liberal media favored Obama.

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America .

Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

I am not sure where this particular quote came from. I believe it is from a European politician. I am not a Republican or a Democrat I am an American.

These are not facts this is Republican Rhetoric. This is some one that has an inability to distinguish between fact and opinion.

President Clinton is an amazingly unbiased source for this dispute.

More, regardless of Obama’s political ideology or executive experience, I don’t see the need to look beyond his own campaign and charisma as reasons why he won the election. Imagine that, a man whose job has been that of a professional campaigner for the last decade runs the slickest campaign in a campaign competition. Ludicrous, I tell you.
