Had to workout on my own and in a rush because it was my first day at work. Squat went well, i had a pr but it is giving my shoulders problems for some reason. As for the bench, it was going ok but the spotter i had touched 1 rep so that did not count and i failed at the last rep, but i still had a bench pr :slight_smile:

190x2
235x3x5 PR 5 lbs!

Bench:
45x5
65x5
80x3
100x2
115x5x5x3 PR 5 lbs, wish i could of gotten the last rep though
