Saftey of 'RC's'

I know this may be a no-no, but research companies have been discussed in many threads so i’m going to give it a shot. I am new to this “research company” thing and I am wondering what the perceived risk is among those who have/do purchase(d) ancillaries (Tamox, Nolv, Clen etc.) from them. This quote was from an article posted on T-Nation at some point and it is an attorney speaking about the legal liability of purchasers and sellers:

“CD: First, the law clearly reads that one can legally purchase certain chemicals for research purposes only. This ought to mean that the buyer’s liability is, for all intents and purposes, nonexistent. In this case, the research companies’ liability isn’t as well defined, and I certainly wouldn’t want to be selling them myself.”

Based on this, it seems the risk of purchasing is minimal, but I wanted to get an idea of what the feeling is here. Any input or experience is greatly appreciated.
