That’s a whole lot of syllables to say “ded”. :joy:

I think that he is seriously lampooning.

From another thread - this leads me to believe he’s 45 and understands more about all forms of lifting (especially those he’s never done) than anyone else in history.

He said he’s never done a squat or a deadlift because he was fortunate to have immediately understood how ineffective they were.

Anyways, it’s all fun and games at this point - he’s basically harmless, just bizarrely grandiose.

Further Benefits of a Successful Protocol:
With the success and continuing personal progress of my Max Pyramid and 303030 sessions I am able to implement these events into my life style TRANSPARENTLY. Which means I can plan a fifteen to 20 minute gym session once a week … a show ‘n’ go" session that leaves my day free. I recall the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and the obsession I had with “losing” muscle and strength … when in reality/hindsight, I never had any worth losing because of severe over-training and/or faulty inroading techniques.

No wonder Nautilus “clubs” disappeared. (3 days a week, 8-12 exercises per session, deconditioning after 48 hours)

How old are you?

Training 3 days per week, oh the humanity. :exploding_head:

What made you decide to go with your current protocol over all the other proven methods available?

How would you persuade someone not familiar with your methods that they have more value than the countless hundreds of other ways to get bigger and stronger?

D2 … here are some reasons …

  1. I began at about 12 years old with Sears Weight Set (110 pounds)
  2. In my 1st year as a College Athlete I found Nautilus at a Raquetball Club … at the dawn.
  3. Nautilus for about 15 years then HIT
4-6) HIT then HD then SuperSlow
… each of which worked as designed but limited progress for years
7-9) SloBurn then Static Contraction then Max Contraction … which began to show progress almsot every session
10-11) Advanced Max Contraction then Max Pyramid
    12-13) 6060 then 303030
and beyond) … for three plus years: Max Pyramid, 303030 with VOLUME REGULATION and RECOVERY EXTENSION
… some Omega, 120120 and Power Factor mixed in.

Persuasion comes from a Max Pyramid test on the Leg Press. The subsequent feeling/awareness of muscular (muscle group) inroad. 2) The inability to control a weight’s decent with only one’s muscles on the final steppe. 3) The tiredness of the muscle/muscle group but not your body.

Folks … planet_health or Grant D as he was known in the old forum is a professional Troll … he will spew all kinds of nonsense just to get your attention and waste your time. He is just getting started since many people in the new forum are not aware of this … just wait until he starts with “the tablets” …
He will get very annoying very soon but he will not stop, he will ignore most of your replies specially requests for proof or pictures.
He is probably a sad man with too much time in his hands
DO NOT FEED THE TROLL …

Yeah…good point. Its definitely a double edge sword.

You can’t just say this and not explain in depth what it is. Give us what we need.

LOL … he used to call the writings of Dr Darden, John Little and others “The Tablets” as in the context of ancient religious texts that must be followed … the guy is a trip …

@acas1959 OH HELL NO!
That made me seriously LOL!!! The Tablets??? Now I’ve heard everything.

In experience over decades … the only way to assure I create the opportunity and the environment for assured gains is by assuring clear unabashed measurement. When one removes all momentum and motion one is ONLY HANDLING resistance. Are we resisting weights for recreation. Are we resisting weights for hobby. Are we resisting weights for health. In my case, and I believe most of our cases, we are resisting weights for health. With health, comes strength and longevity. Muscles help our legs and body effectively transport our brain to other places. The early days of Nautilus and Jones were REVOLUTIONARY, but after a decade or so these principles effectively EVOLVED with the works of Darden, and progressively with the works of Hutchins, Mentzer, Sisco, Little, Hahn and Darden again.

After 45 or so years I still find it inspirational that something as simple as 303030 and Max Pyramid provides results surpassing the revolution many of us participated in in the 70’s and 80’s. So simple a caveman could do it. Yet so brutally hard (intense) that we must be CAUTIOUS to regulate volume and recovery.

Many learn that resistance exercise is not a form of competition with or amongst others. While events do occur such as OL and PL and BB 99.9999% of us are solo in our quest for Health and Strength. Resistance exercise is the best source to achieve strength coupled with proper nutrition. However, the comparison we should do is between ourselves from yesterday and ourselves from today and ourselves from tomorrow. Are we making progress or are we accepting the notion that we can no longer achieve progress. As we traverse this temporal physical existence we should not expect to have our systems deteriorate through illness or devastation or confusion of thoughts. Instead we can choose to acquire Earthly wisdom throughout our lives with a healthy and strong body. Progress in strength must be sought. Once one “believes” they are at their so-called genetic potential one can rethink the very nature of their program. With a 303030 and Max Pyramid I have successfully continued to grow stronger, smarter, and healthier every week … by eliminating all exercise momentum (virtual motion) and regulating overload to my body (system). Once I understood the evolution of Dr. Darden’s 303030 and John Little’s Max Pyramid I add weight every session eventually only 2-1/2 to 5 pounds every two to three weeks (or longer) on a particular exercise. Projecting this out one may add only 20 pounds a year (or more) but ASSURE gains are being made. Without gains we are regressing (because of performance and motion induced inflammation (at self-relative large loads)).

My exercise sessions are the hardest they’ve ever been in 45 years. But they are perfectly executed with extreme focused huge inroads directly into a muscle/muscle group.
