Hamstring drops, 3x max reps - 9,9,8

Supplementary:
BB Curls & wrist curls

Squats didn’t go the right way today… been pushing too hard on these and ramping up too fast, will reset for next week i think, so that week3 ends on 225lb and get some quality reps in…

Fat Grip BP - 135lb x5, 155lb x5, 185lb x3, 135lb x12
Pull ups w/ 45lb added - 6x4

Cable Flye - 1set max reps - 15
Bent raises - 2set mac reps - 15,12

Had a new ‘toy’ to play with today - Fat Gripz…what can i say…brilliant…for once made benching comfortable…will be using these on lighter sets of pulls and for all BB presses…

Fri 02/07 - Lower week1

Activation: High Pulls

Main Lift:
Deadlifts - 135kg x5, 145kg x5, 150kg x2 (Fail)

Assistance:

BOR - Fat grip: 11, 9. Normal grip: 15, 12,11

BB Curl - Fat grip, > 35kg x5.
