BBB Front Squats - 5x10 135lb
Hamstring drops, 3x max reps - 9,9,8
Supplementary:
BB Curls & wrist curls
Squats didn’t go the right way today… been pushing too hard on these and ramping up too fast, will reset for next week i think, so that week3 ends on 225lb and get some quality reps in…
Thought i’d try an idea from Thibs in his forum for Neural recovery…light & explosive without touching fatigue was the order of the day…would recommend

Bent raises - 2set mac reps - 15,12
Had a new ‘toy’ to play with today - Fat Gripz…what can i say…brilliant…for once made benching comfortable…will be using these on lighter sets of pulls and for all BB presses…
