Everything feels like it has caught up with me. 8 weeks of training with no breaks and being sick the last few days is breaking me down. Probably won’t be doing anything outside of cardio till next Monday. I need some rest pronto.

I felt awful doing these. I’m still pretty sick.

Went to the doctor later in the day and got a shot, some antibiotics, and some expresants so hopefully I’ll be feeling much better soon.

The medicine seems to be working but I felt like dieing towards then end. I was breathing hard and sweating like crazy. Talking bout a “core” session…ahahah…
