Mini update:
The past couple of days I’ve been in the pool doing skills circuits, which is sort of a pain in the ass, and kinda sucks since its keeping me from diving. Especially today, the boat is going on a night dive, but I’m in the pool.
Whatever. I’m not as bad off as I sound, because when it comes time to do my Instructor Development Course (IDC) next month, I’ll have this section down pat.
I’ll do my best to start carrying my camera around. Most of the time I’m going to the pool, which happens to be a resort’s pool that we use, and there are a lot of tourists and I dont want to leave my camera in my bag with us sitting at the bottom of the pool for 2+ hours.
Speaking of sitting at the bottom of the pool, you’re basically on your knees in pretty much the same position for a couple of hours at a time. If you dont overweight the shit out of yourself, its a pain to stay in one position. I sincerely regret not bringing my magnificent mobility DVD with me.
One of the other interns also happens to be from NY, and when he found out that not only do I not have an NY accent, but dont necessarily like them, and now isnt so fond of me. hahaha. Whoops?
Right now I’m sitting at Lek’s, waiting for Lek to get back so I can have my 4 eggs and bacon before I’m off to the shop.
