Are you ready for some more laziness by me…what are the basics of RFL?
I see that both you and Evan have used it, so there must be something to it. Could be something I try if the bulking leads to too much fat gain.

Email is in my hub if you want all the detail.
Basics. Protein only and you base it off activity and LBM. 1.5-2g/lb depending what was done it in the day. That is all you eat plus fibrous greens for a length of time 10-12 days if you are decently lean. Then you refeed. Therea are other protocols for varrying degrees of leanness.
Thanks Ryan, I downloaded the PDF so I didn’t feel so lazy. But your condensed version pretty much sums up the 90 page book very well!

Damn i might have to add in some calories from fat or something. Didnt weigh myself this mornig but i did tongiht right after a shower and was 193 :O. Dipping insanely low way to fast. Even for my liking lolz WIll see whats up tomorrow morning.
The only problem i get addicted with whatever goal i am on. RIghtn now its leanness. And i am loving the changes. Wiast has shrunk a ton, skin fold on the navel is reduced. Love it. When i am gaining i get addicted to the size. Damn just cant help it
I get addicted to getting lean no problem.
I WISH I could get addicted to size gains. I truly want to get bigger right now, but then I get manorexic when I start feeling soft.
Like we talked about earlier…I just need to NUT UP.

Sounds exactly like the diet I do the week of weigh ins. I feel for you dude, no way I could do any high volume weight training! Impressive!
i’ve just recently been reading through your log, great progress and very inspiring! i had a quick question for you regarding CBL. i was wondering what your thoughts would be on a CBL protocol that included a P F breakfast 1-2 hours after waking, then the usual P F meal for lunch, workout then pwo carb feast. the reasoning for the extra “breakfast” would be to up protein intake and get in some extra calories for staying lean while gaining. do you think a P F breakfast of something like eggs, bacon and cheese have a large effect on the ideas behind CBL? i definitely share the fear of getting soft whilst bulking with you, and like you i am a bottomless pit when it comes to eating (albeit much weaker and lighter).
