So last week was a bit odd. I wanted to depelte a bit before my friends wanted me to break the taco eating record at a local bar. Normal diet though is 8oz meat and salad then workout stuff. Then post workout 600+g of carb and 100+g of pro fat as low as i can around 30-40g during the backload.

Sure i will lay out a typical day.

Wake up round 8

8-12ish do stuff
12ish do Fasted cardio 40min-ish
1ish eat salad and 6-8oz meat
4pm start workout drink 10g BCAAs with some whey (15ish g pro)
7pm-10,11,or 12 depending: Eat copious amounts of carbs with 150ish g of pro. 600-800+g of carbs all depending.

Side note. Been getting ass tons of severe storms and rain. Monday night had one roll through about 4am. Lots of nasty lighting really close by. One must have been too close. Lost power. Tues (yesterday) night found out the freezer half of the side by side freezer fridge was not working. So had to move everything to the down stairs fridge/freezer. The upstairs side by side fridge seemed to still be ok as food seemed cool. Well at 9pm we found out it was not working things were warmer than they should. Hauled that stuff to the downstairs fridge but did not have enough room. Sufice to say i had to eat a lot more than i wanted to yesterday. Certainly not an off day of cals. Oh well. i hate wasting things worse. Plus i did 3 hrs of hauling rocks this mornign.

You are looking very lean still and more muscular. Very impressive work, Ryan! You should be punched in the face for considering trying to get leaner before you go on your trip (10 days of hell?) haha. Seriously, I’m envious. Keep doing what you’re doing my friend!

Thanks just trying to progress a bit everyday. This face punching coming from the guy who wants to get leaner when i can see your digestive sytem through your skin give me a break :wink: lolz.

The RFL will be fun. Mentally challenging and the day to day changes are very very fun to witness.

Tim- nope no carbs. I have seen no difference for myself. Having carbs before or during workouts. No difference in pump, intensity, recovery ect. I can workout for hours at a very high intensity compltely fasted with only bcass. The only reason for those would be to prevent some catabolism.

Very good workout. Crazy energy. especailly considering had a decent amount of physical labor and 1hr of LISS type stuff done before the workout. Really liked everything about this workout. Look forward to progressing. A bit more.

During the night i tweaked my knee. I went into bed with no pain ever during the day. Woke and was barely able to walk. Limped most of the day but still got my landscaping stuff done and my liss. Felt better by the end of the workout but i wanted to keep the shrug weight down so i did a superset and loved it. KEEPER. Ate lots of food. Will eat lots more tonight and friday night. HOpefully the knee feels good today as it has most of the day because its quads tonight. And conan week 4 so that shit is heavy today.

I have noticed you and quite a few other guys from here actually, post on another site I frequent. Interested to know what mid/ long term goals are. Are you still natural/ when do you plan on using assistance? Apologies if you would rather not talk about it, so please disregard if that is the case.

Meh i will share. I have shared a ton of medical info on this site i see no reason to hide anything else.

6 1/2. 205 in the morning rightn now. Probaly by sat will be closer to 208 or so because of all the food then 10days later probably 190-195 because of the rapid fatloss protocol.

I can guess the site you speak of based on your ?'s. For me you would have to really define natural. If that to you means that you have never put any foreign hormones into your system ever for any reason than no i am not natural. Naturally my test levels were aroudn 59ng/dl at the ripe age of 21. ANd my body was not making T3. So after about 1 year of bouncing doctors and running labs ect i finally got my test levels to normal range where they have been now for almsot a year(July '11 is when they finally got back to normal range after being in the tank for 2+ years) thyroid levels are still on the low end.

So technically i am not natural as i inject test 2 times every week. But i am natural in the fact that my levels are still “natural” or normal levels. HOpe that is clear as mud.

As far as my physique goals they lie well beyond what i could achieve naturally. I have one of the largest side effects from steriods already because my body is awesome. So yes i will do cycles i already have the cruise part down. I love to experiemnt and cycling will be something be experiemnting. I like that aspect. I also enjoy the thought of the improved recovery so i can do MORE VOLUME!!! And of course being able to eat more and remain lean with some choice enhancers will be great as well. I have great respect for anyone who does remain natural its just that my physique goals and my wanting to experiment and try everything is what drives me to do this.

I am a fairly open book so feel free to ask/discuss.

Any plans to compete further down the line? Strength goals? What kind of size do you think you will eventually go for? Say 230-240 at same leaness as previous pics or not quite that large? When do you plan on upping the assistance? Would be interested in seeing any possible cycles if you are cool with that.
