I really feel like a loser but instead of going out tonight i have spent the last 3 hours doing homework for one class and right now im about 2 weeks ahead for that one.

On another note, i really feel it in my shoulders. That is the thing i hate about good shoulder workouts they make my arms feel very heavy for the rest of the day and overall i just feel like shit when that happens.
