  • this was the first time doing db bench in 6-8 months. everything felt easy strength wise, but very unstable. I think in couple weeks ill give 100x5 on inclines and 100x10 on flats easy

I like the complex i did today i may start doing that, but i do want to find something that i can do for legs. Maybe do squats?
