yesterday was a day off, today ill be starting week 2 of the smolov sqaut ill also be doing shoulder/tri today. I like the intense cycle so far my knees arent hurting, and the lower back is still feeling good. On another thought im watching the new taco bell commerical about the 5 layer burrito for like 80 cents,i find it funny watching that and the two female cashiers are very hot, but everytime ive gone into taco bell the cashier was either a fat guy or a fat hispanic chick.

did bikram yoga (hot yoga) today with a couple of friends, pretty intense. Heart my pounding the whole time, sweatting in places i didnt know had sweat glands. I weighed myself before and after and lost 2.5 lbs in 90 mins. It let me know that i am very unflexiable and need to fix that asap, I have another free session until i have to decide on if ill do it for the future.

I also forgot to add i think im going to add a day off between my back/bi and chest/tri workout. I think doing shoulders/back/chest over a 72 hour period is too much stress. The soreness isnt there but that one hting i noticed with both chest workouts is that my stamina sucks, and i want to see if the pervious workouts without rest in the reason. What I think ill do is a squat only day after back/bi giving me 24 more hours of rest. Shibby.

I feel like crap today, headaches off and on. I heard Bikram could do that to you. Im taking the day off and tomorrow ill be doing squats/chest/tri, and thursday ill do back/bi then squats friday.

cbcgbp 70x3x10 first set i did 4, and quit. Everything felt real heavy nothing was going up. I said fuck it and went home.

tomorrow is a squat only of 180x3, 210x3, 240x3, 270x5x5 then saturday im taking off.

today was another bad day, i had the energy but when i was squatting i had no butt or quad drive everything was coming from the inner thigh and low back.

180x3, 210x3, 240x3, 270x8x3 1 25 reps total it was supposed to be a 5x5 day but i didnt have it.

tomorrow is an off day i might do yoga. I weighed in today at 223.6

I feel great today, might workout today and take sunday off. Reason being is one of my cousins that I havent seen in years is going to be in town just for tonight so im going to spend some time with her and since Im already doing that I might as well lift then take sunday off. So the gameplan for sunday is to lay on my ass and watch myself get fatter, I might play a round of golf but that is probably going to be the most exercise ill be doing tomorrow. Starting next week my schedule might get a little weird, school starts on tuesday so that’ll put a cramp in my lifting.

out of time

this was my first time deadlifting since the 28th or 29th of dec and my first time going above 350 in a month. Ive been using fat gripz since the 28th and i think that is what made the major difference in my pulls today. Last time i maxed i did an ok 405, and 425 to the knees and my grip gave out. Today i smoked 415 both times and got 440 to the knees. Im pretty happy about that new goal, Im hoping to hit 500 by the end of the year, and that is looking rather easy to hit now.

tomorrow is chest/tri/squats my knees and hips are feeling great, I think my issue in the first cycle was from my foot placement. Im glad that is solved im really starting to enjoy squatting now that all the weights are feelings lighter each week.

not sure what is going on with chest, it seems like i kill myself on the first 2-3 sets then i have nothing left in the tank? Oh well tomorrow if I lift ill do the back/bi part of my workout and save the squats for the next day.

im surprised that my bicep numbers are pretty much the same with or without the fat gripz where my db rows is drastically higher.

I forgot to pack a lunch for school today so I ended up getting something at one of the restruants 10 bucks for a water, trail mix, and a turkey sub that had 3 slices of turkey some iceberg, and 2 slices of tomatoes on it. That sucks, should have gone to the mexican place 1/2 mile away and gotten a million pounds of food for less.

Im not sure what the deal with 285 is, i feel very comfortable with 275 but 285 gets in my mind.
