I hesitate to even respond I am really busy today.
But in my original post to you I was alluding to the fact that the media has some power:

Yes, the media helps the dems that’s no secret I could post piles of data that support this fact. But it’s already been done. (Actually it seems that most of what we all post back and forth has already been done. As I have said this is Ground Hog day without the comedy)
So what’s the argument? You are saying that the media has no power? You are saying that because the republicans control the House, Senate and the Presidency that this somehow lessens the media’s power? Well, that’s simply not the case. The media will always have power. And they will always side with the left. No surprises there. If they didn’t they would have called out Obama on…at least one of his many transgressions but they didn’t. Cool nothing has changed.
Talk to you later this week when I get free. I have to get busy and make more money today in order to pay about half my income to federal, state and local taxes. The democrats answer to a better world.
And if we listened to your fearless leader who said “Hillary Clinton would be better (for the US) in the short and long term” I would be paying about 5% more in federal taxes.

My argument is that the media’s power is irrelevant when a party controls all 3 branches of govt. Especially considering they don’t have any power to veto legislation. Unless the republican party is comprised primarily of bitches and wussies, I fail to see how they can be swayed by the media against their will.

No, you wouldn’t, because Republicans control both houses of Congress and would not submit a bill to a President Clinton raising your taxes 5%, and Presidents don’t unilaterally raise tax rates. You may find this helpful:
