Russia Won't Go Away

Hold on, you’re trying to worm out of the issue you raised re McMaster - you agree Trump completely screwed up in regards to McMaster’s official denial?

If I’m McMaster, this is the straw that breaks the camel’s back. I’d submit my resignation by COB today.

Not at all. The fake news portion is how it is spun. High level officials sharing intelligence that they see in their country’s interests to do so is how things work

“As reported” are an example of what are known as ‘weasel words,’ meaning they allow one to avoid (‘weasel out’ of) telling the practical and apparent truth by clinging to a minor or irrelevant detail.

And in doing so, as @thunderbolt23 noted, McMaster has managed to destroy his own credibility, which is a genuine loss for our country.

You would think, but he seems like the type of man that would weather a little embarrassment for the good of his country.

I don’t take anything you say seriously, but this is the cherry on top of your usual nonsense.

And I appreciate your posts Tyler…I do. But, keep in mind they are going about this the wrong way if they actually want to win elections.

I wonder if anyone is going to post the news on Seth Rich, of course not because but would hurt the Trump Russia narrative

As I’ve said at this point at least 20 times Trump was my last choice out of the 17 republican candidates for President. At times I think he is a loud mouth and quite obnoxious. But how in the world can you determine after not quite four months that “Trump is the most incompetent man ever elected to the office.”?

Seems to me there is plenty of emotion attached to that statement. Especially in light of the fact that 44 other Presidents have preceded Trump. Some say Warren Harding was the most incompetent. Either way you can’t make such a determination just shy of the mans 4th month. Well…yes you can…but it’s not based on fact…purely emotion.

Question for you. What are your thoughts on Trump releasing classified intel to Russia? Since he’s openly admitted doing it, all that’s really left for us laypeople is to determine how we feel about it.

First of all a President determines what is classified and what is not classified. Secondly, from what I’ve read he released information about terrorists to Russia in hopes of getting them to help us. However, if I am wrong about any of the above I think Trump should be impeached and the sooner the better. Then we will have a “real” conservative, Mike Pence, as our President.

And I won’t have to read all of the whining and crying on T Nation about Trump any longer as I will not be posting as per my agreement with my friend Tyler…

Because no one has ever been elected who came into the job with this level of incompetence. Trump can’t even effectively manage proper communications out of the White House. No incoming President has ever floundered this poorly with the basic building blocks of the job.

Can he learn on the job and get better? Sure. But that isn’t my point. My point is that no one this incompetent has ever been elected to do this job. And that is objectively true.[quote=“zeb1, post:651, topic:226860”]

This “I rely on fact, while my opponents rely on emotion” approach is a little tired. Given the contents of your posts, no one actually believes it anyway. Maybe get some new material.

It might be tired but it is certainly true.

Furthermore, I don’t think you are familiar enough with the past 44 Presidents to make such a determination.

Raj, that was different that was Obama. He could do no wrong he was a black liberal.

Now run along you are adding nothing to this Trump bashing session.

Edit: Besides you are not allowed to mention any other President when there is a Trump bashing session in progress…those are TB’s rules. Pay attention!

Good grief, this thread could be a case study in cognitive dissonance.

Would this mean, best case, he released classified information to a non ally without downgrading its classification first?

By “from what I’ve read” do you mean any source other than Trump’s twitter? I can’t find much on the content of what he shared.

Option 1 : Trump is a Putin puppet acting to subvert US interests

Or

option 2: a disgruntled employee was the source of the DNC leaks and Russia has nothing to do with it
