Maybe we’ll actually get a Clinton conviction now?
Probably not but let’s hope

Yeah right. If Trump had the balls he would have done so months ago. Dude already caved on the wall, you think he’s gonna follow up with “lock it up?”
You live in a bad cold war spy novel.
So do you, you just don’t realize it.
This wall of text is worth copying in its entirety:
Then there’s Ted Cruz, the self-styled constitutional expert who tried to trip up Yates on the legality of the Muslim travel ban. Along with Cornyn, both Texas senators tried to argue that it was outrageous for a Justice Department official to question the legality of an order by the president.
As Yates pointed out, they took a very different view of the law when she was confirmed, under a Democratic president. She also argued that the constitution trumped all other statutes they cited. Which was more than a little ironic for a Republican party that argued for the entire eight years under Obama about the sacrosanct nature of the constitution.
But enough of such principles and details. Everything is partisan and fake, as long as it comes from the other side. Even when the Russians are hacking our democracy and the president’s aides are lying about the same Russians.
Thank goodness this didn’t happen under President Clinton, whose leadership would have been so wisely constrained by all those sincerely principled Republicans in Congress. In Trump’s Washington, we don’t need all those checks and balances, ethics lawyers and emolument clauses.
As the great leader himself told the even greater Fox News last week, that whole constitution seems so old-fashioned.
“It’s a very rough system,” he said. “It’s an archaic system … It’s really a bad thing for the country.”
As they used to say about General Motors, what’s good for Trump is surely good for the country. It’s also surprisingly good for Russia.
Says the guy who had two accounts for nine years, and who throws a temper tantrum every time that gets thrown in his face, lol.
Says the guy who called a retired U.S. Marine “butt boy” something on the order of 20 times in a single thread.
Honest Zeb, Keeper of Forum Decorum, says everyone else needs to clean up their act. Never ceases to amaze.
Ah…you are late but I knew you would show and you didn’t let me down. When Moe needs a hand Curly is not far behind…NICE!
But you do fail to see that since that time period I have in fact kept the ad hominem attacks to a bare bones minimum. In fact only attacking when first attacked…and sometimes not even responding in kind.
In fact right here on this thread ole’ Tyler told me to “F myself” (swearing is a T Nation violation so I won’t do it.) and did I respond in kind? Of course not. Do you care? Of course not. As long as you get your digs in once a month you are happy. You are a strange bird…
See you next month. And if you don’t show up I will post all of my past sins to you so that we can continue to rehash them as YOU are actually the keeper of forum decorum otherwise why would you incessantly bring this stuff up?
And Peace to you. If being vindictive can bring you peace that is…

I imagine the FBI is going to be leaking like a sieve now. Comey found out about his firing while giving a speech to FBI employees in LA: TVs behind the audience were flashing the news.
As long as you still want to engage I do remember YOU accusing me of calling everyone who didn’t like Trump “left leaning liberals” when I denied it and asked for evidence what happened? Do you recall? You seem to have such a good memory for others infractions I thought you might like to talk about one of your own.
No? You just want to be the keeper of forum decorum?
Well?
Did… did Trump fire Comey in what amounts to breaking up with someone via email? The irony in this is unfathomable.
Tyler,
We should all rejoice, Comey was horrible. Remember he cost Hillary the election. If it wasn’t for Comey she’d a won for sure…just ask her.
![]()
You actually do understand without Comey’s last minute bomb, there was a stupidly real chance of HRC winning right? Not to say that’s anywhere near the entire reason, but it was 100% the nail in the coffin.
Okay it’s pretty clear that Trump fired Comey to cover-up the Russian connection. I know because I just heard Lizzie Warren say it on MSNBC.
And the game continues…
She was the worst candidate that the dems put up in modern times. And she had that whole Clinton Foundation thingy going that made everyone who was not a partisan democrat feel yucky. And she was falling down all the time coughing and hacking up fur balls that didn’t give Joe public a warm fuzzy either…But yeah Comey hurt her no question.
Tyler you should like this post …No?

I’ll say again, because I think it was lost amongst the bickering, for someone that survived and lived through the Cold War, you’re amazingly not interested in finding out what Putin’s motives are for spending so much time and money meddling in the election process of other countries.
Oh I’m interested. But every time I read a piece in the paper or on the Internet it doesn’t lead anywhere. So…that reminds me of the game being played…and played by both sides non-stop.
Because you’re paying attention to the wrong game. I’m not referencing “collusion” or any of that nonsense. I’m talking about Putin’s motives for getting involved in the first place. For a failing country on its last leg, to be spending what amounts to billions of dollars to meddle in AND destabilize major first world nuclear countries, means he has a plan.
Unfortunately, people that disregard the Russia topic for purely partisan reasons are only playing directly into his hand. I may not have lived through the entire Cold War, but I’ve still got enough history lessons in me to know Putin isn’t a man to be taken lightly.
I told you I was interested in it. As I told you the investigation so far doesn’t show any Trump involvement and I’m waiting for more information. Like the hot connections that expose the President Trump as being a stooge for Putin…yeah I am waiting for that information. But I have a feeling I will be waiting 3 years and 9 months.
What else can I say.
When the next piece comes out I will be reading it.
CNN reporting “prosecutors have issued grand jury subpoenas to associates of former national security adviser Flynn.”
But, of course, it’s just all part of the game.
