I know everyone thinks if your in jail your guilty but its actually a holding grounds for people waiting on trial. So he tortured people for being poor fuck him he should rot. Tried to make TV by humiliating people for fun. This is the kinda guy that shouldnt be pardoned, but right wingers love him cuz hes a “bad ass” He was in charge of a county jail not a prison and way abused his power as LEO. In regards to Illegals detaining them and sending them back was a small part of what he was found wrong of. The bigger part was a sort of stop and frisk of all brown people. Thats just harrasment clear and simple and wrong

To answer your question directly, I think violating immigration law should give LE probable cause.
As that’s in no way shape or form even remotely close to all encompassing this subject and the sheriff’s violation of 4A, on top of openly denying explicit orders from a judge (and knowing he was intentionally committing a felony while doing so), it has very very little sway on my opinion.

I just remembered that Mueller called Kushner back in last month to discuss Flynn’s role in the Russia scandal. The deal with Flynn was cut a while ago if he just plead guilty today. So either Jared gave up the goods on others or Mueller’s already got his number.

I imagine that’s one thing Mueller was testing out. I doubt there was a single question asked that Mueller didn’t already know the answer to.
None of trumps people are willing to serve jail time to protect him so look for this house of cards to fold quickly. Everyone will be looking out for number 1 because they know that’s what he will do. Mueller is just getting started.

I think this might sum up how I feel things will go down. Still not sure I’d lay money down on impeachment. Trump politically can probably wiggle his way out of a lot when it comes to his followers. What about Hilary will work for anyone close to him as long as it isn’t pure direct evidence of him colluding.

I’m genuinely trying to understand. Do supporters of Trump think he is intelligent? Does anyone really? He is essentially constantly getting himself in to trouble.
People thought GWB wasn’t smart because he struggled with some words and had a folksy way of saying certain things. He was an awkward guy.
I’m not saying Trump or the people behind him don’t have any good ideas on things I’m saying through Trumps tweeting how can anyone not conclude he’s a fucktard. An investigation that your family is involved in and you can’t stop shooting yourself in the foot for one second?

They honestly think he is playing 3D chess. They believe him to be a brilliant business man who managed to win a presidential election by playing the media to his advantage and spending a fraction of his opponent. (I can’t really argue against the latter…even if Russia did swing the election for him, he made it further than anyone thought he would.)
Where his supporters fall down (hard) is believing he’s brilliant in literally every other aspect of his life: he always knows what he’s doing and everything he does is simply working towards his master plan. I imagine the cognitive dissonance these people (will) experience when they realize he’s a charlatan will be crippling.
