So I’m going to do my first cycle in a couple months of test e 500mg a week. I’ve gotten different opinions on other message board about whether or not to run arimidex throughout the entire cycle.
Some say that it’s a good idea because it will keep the bloat down, make your gains leaner, and make you less likely to get gyno.
Others say that you shouldn’t do it because it will hinder you gains, the bloat will help protect your joints, and the bloat will go away once your off cycle anyways.
So I wanted the opinions of some of the experts on here. Should I run arimidex throughout my entire cycle or not?
This will be my first cycle so I have no idea how I will react to a high dose test. I am on TRT 125 mg a week so I won’t need to do any PCT, but I will have nolva on hand in case I have any gyno issues.
I agree that it’s best to use it mainly only when it’s necessary but it does make cycles a little more pleasant at times. Everyone’s different. I bloat like CRAZY without it and feel like shit so it’s nice to have, you know? Others can jack up doses without an AI and have no problems.
If I were in the latter group, and if you are too, I’d try to run a minimal dose, if any. It supposedly does hinder gains and the water’ll just pour out’ve you when you’re done so no harm done, unless you’re really into looking your best possible EVERY day (no bloat)
Hinder gains? Possibly.
Look after your health and protect against AAS-induced side-effects? Definitely.

so having bitch tits, is better? please, the side effects from the AI are tolerable. I’m in my 3rd week on. worst sides oily skin. strength, endurance, and recovery steadily increasing. muscles looking harder and fuller. I’m taking 600mg of sustblood 300 a week. with 0.5mg of AI every other day. your argument is flawed.

He was probably talking about the effects that AI’s can have on the lipid profile. And yes, AAS also affect the lipid profile. Some people use AI’s some don’t. Their use is sort of in the toddler stage when considering the whole AAS game and how long anabolic steroids have been around and how new AI’s are.
