5-10. They actually can stack shit that high!!! Bonus for the movie reference.

The 16 is an approx. Could be a bit higher. I use one of the benches at the gym and it puts me just at parallel. I had someone visual it for me just to be sure. Hip joint at knee level.

^ We got 12, 16, 20 and 24 inch actual boxes. I have done it to both the 16 and 12 inch. Sitting back took me a few times to get used to it. We are the same height and for the life of me I cannot remember the Movie reference right now.

Sitting at 220#. At this point I’ve decided that going shirtless in the summer isn’t really worth the strength loss I suffer to accomplish it so no ‘dieting’ any more. As things feel better and my numbers increase, that is the accomplishment I’m looking for these days. I may or may not reach where I want to go, but the journey there is more and more fun and rewarding, in this as well as other endevours in my life.

It would seem that I haven’t posted in a while. Had to go back to work and with a full school schedule, I got real busy. When that happens I tend to forget the things that keep life in perspective. So, let’s see if I can bore you all to death.

  1. I REALLY hate the interview process nowadays. However, now that I have a job that keeps my head
    above water I can start telling people what I really think. You never know, someone may like that.

  2. High BP has made it abundantly clear that walking around at 230 is no longer an option, hence I’ve dropped
    25# since the SuperBowl. Unfortunately my strength has waned as well. I am working on that however.

  3. Full time work and full time school is a BITCH. I did manage 2 A’s and 2 B+ in spite of this.

  4. Daughter #3 decided, more or less on a whim, to move to Columbus GA to be with her boyfriend who is stationed there as well as go to some culinary school down there. I pray it works out for her.

  5. Daughter #1 informed us that she will be moving in with her boyfriend soon. ‘And the birds are slowly
    leaving the nest.’
