A hallmark moment - 3 out of 5 guys deadlifting BADLY - the 2 guys plus a trainer (a pretty good one actually) telling them they EXACTLY what they are doing wrong…and they know what it is as well…and these 3 still have the ‘deer in the headlights’ look in their eyes!!!

If I didn’t deadlift badly I wouldn’t do it at all.
