So, I get to the gym and notice the group of 1/4 squatters warming up…you know, lunges, 1/4rep leg presses, some grab ass, and a bit of serious stuff. Figuring I would beat them to the rack (we only have one), I skip my hampster wheel warmup and go right to the rack to start squatting. One of the older fellas comes over to ask how many sets I have left and I tell him that I’m just getting started but they are welcome to work in. I tell him that I’m doing box squats. He says thats cool, they’ll wait. And guess what? They did…wait…for like an hour! It’s not like I would’ve called them out or anything. I just needed a humorous pick-me-up…and they provided one…with 20plate 1/8 leg presses, which one of them got pinned under!!! I love the public!!!

Loved your story about the guys waiting for the cage and getting pinned with 20 plates. I just love it when people keep ladling the weights on and shortening the ROM until it’s practically null.

Well, my low back decided to give me a hard time today but I went and did the minimum I could feel good about

320x1…5#PR!!! It got a little difficult at about 1/3 the way back up but it went. Thank god for heavy tricep work. Maybe soon some board presses to work on the midpoint but for now flat bench is still working for me, as well as dips.

Still going quite well. Still pulling A’s. I already found a university that will allow me to transfer 3/4 of the credits needed for a BA. And I’m only a 1st yr student. After I turn in my report, I’m gonna make it available to you fellas who assisted me with it. Just seeking imput about my conclusions. Two weeks or so.
