No, you just click on the left or right side of the dial until the correct number is at 12 o’clock. Then repeat for the other numbers.

I did it without help, apart from looking up on Google what the notes on a piano keyboard are, and the odd comment on here stopped me giving up what I was currently trying.
For the soundbox I just put them all to the top setting then changed the first one until the “tune” changed and repeated it for each slider. If it sounded different I moved to the next one. If there was a clever way to do it I didn’t use it.
