It’s pure guesswork but I have a feeling Professor X’s Klinefelter’s syndrome explanation may be exactly what has happened for this person. There is something quite different here: this doesn’t seem to be just a strange-looking guy or a woman taking steroids.

He looks like a guy who probably got sick of looking more like a woman so he is trying to do something about it. Yes, he could also just be weird, but his facial features, the shape of his chest, the complete lack of development even in triceps which is hard to do unless his chest is also implants don’t add up to “within normal limits”.

Maybe. I just don’t think synthol works at all unless the muscle group is fairly “round”. That is why biceps don’t look as good but you can almost sneak it past people if it is in the shoulders. His chest isn’t “lumpy” enough for synthol…but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have IMPLANTS.
I just don’t know anyone who can build a chest without any triceps development.
