Romney vs. Santorum; It's ON!

I get it you’re a rebel, a true conservative who won’t go along with anyone or any party that does not meet your strict specifications as to exactly what a Presidential candidate should say and do. In short you’re a purist. And we all know what happens from here

Yeah, I get it man.

Yeah, we tend to not get tangled up supporting ‘severe etch-a-sketch conservatives’ who cause cringe-worthy moments like this:

"The Obama Administration’s top lawyer told the Supreme Court on Tuesday that the health reforms Mitt Romney signed into law in Massachusetts helped inspired the president’s controversial health care overhaul–that Romneycare shaped Obamacare.

With the law’s fate in the balance, Solicitor General Donald Verrilli told the nine justices that the individual mandate–the requirement that people have health insurance or pay a penalty–was constitutional and slapped down other options such as requiring that individuals buy insurance when they go to get health care.

“That will never work. Congress understood that. It chose the means that will work, the means that it saw worked in the states, and in the state of Massachusetts, and that it had every reason to think would work on a national basis,” Verrilli said as he wrapped up his arguments on the second of three days of Supreme Court hearings on the law."

And this is one reason why your boy Mister Earmark is losing. I don’t know what’s worse, his flip flops, his earmarks, or his constant NON STOP chatter about social issues which only make him an easy mark for a liberal press.

Robomacare. Nuff said. I could display more principled support, supporting a ham-sandwich instead of Romney.

Or even Obama instead of Romney like you’re doing now…Oops sorry I forgot you’re just a loan wolf who is going his own way.

Just for the kiddies? Really?

Well tell me something if Obama could not get your support don’t you think he’d rather you stay home than support the GOP nominee? And you are doing so much more than that as you speak out against the GOP nominee.

So I contend that you are in fact doing Obama’s bidding.
I want you to post on these forums. You will obey my bidding. Cripes, sell it somewhere else.

Not my nominee, I don’t consider myself a republican anymore. Haven’t for some time. And no, I won’t see that time coming. I’ll vote for candidates, or not. I will never again vote for a party.
I will chalk that up as another convert for Ron Paul.

I know you wont vote for him, but someone in his footsteps now has a chance.

Still no legitimate comeback to the charge.

With unity there is victory.

“Republican presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich pledged Tuesday to support Mitt Romney if the former Massachusetts governor wins enough convention delegates to clinch the nomination by the end of the GOP primary season in June.”

First you have to level a legitimate charge. Right now you sound like a 2 year old.

Personal attack huh? Oookay…

As long as YOU brought it up it seems that you play the part of the child pretty well.

Sniff…sniff “I want Ricky Santorum or I’m not playing.”

An attack? No, an observation. The ‘you support Obama if you don’t support Romney’ schtick is pre-school logic.

The reality of politics is one that demands you support the candidate of your party. If every republican stayed at home that would obviously hand Obama a victory. Pretty logical to me Sloth.

You don’t like Romney, I get it, but he IS better than Obama. Why can’t you just accept that as being a step in the right direction?

Sorry I don’t understand your reasoning. And I’ve actually tried many times to put myself in your shoes, but still I don’t get it.

The primary objective should be to defeat Obama before he does anymore damage. And you know that in his second term he is going to run to the far left.

You think Romney will be worse than this?

Come on!

I’m not a republican, as I’ve said.

Run along now junior the adults are going to talk US politics.

Former President Bush (41) has endorsed Mitt Romney. But even more important (politically) are the words of Marco Rubio. There is only one reason for Santorum, or Gingrich to stay in the race (and attack Romney) at this point, and that is to harm Romney’s chances of winning the White House in 2012.
