and everything you just said about Obummer could easily be applied to Dubya, so whats the difference?I’ll name just two differences.

1- Because of George Bush every working American got a 5% reduction in their taxes.

For those of us who make $50,000 a year or less thats $2,500 a year or less. Thats nothing!! not a big deal at all. nothing to brag about. do you want me to ooohhhh and awwww at that bull shit. republicans and there tax breaks. get out of here with that nonsense. not a big deal at all. nothing to brag about. do you want me to ooohhhh and awwww at that bull shit.
It’s 5% of what you made. If you think that it’s nothing you have two choices junior. The first is give it back since it’s nothing. Did you do that? No I guess you didn’t. The second choice is to actually make more money so 5% gives you more back. But an across the board 5% tax cut is nice to have and fair to all taxpayers. Now what is it Obama wants to do? Oh yeah RAISE TAXES. And if you are naive enough to think tht he can balance the budget on the backs of the wealthy only you are showing your youth and inexperience (again). There are not enough people making 250-k or more for that to happen–Do the math.
uhhh… I pay my taxes by the book, I donate probably about 5% to my church and I would pay whatever taxes asked of an american citizen because Im legal… Its the price we pay to live in the land of opportunity. Best country ever made.

As far as balancing the budget on the rich peoples back Ive never said that once so, irrelevant to me but i guess its just my age that makes me stay on topic… and relevant… The obviouse point of my response was that 5% up or down does nothing positive or negative to the economy if budgeting isnt done correctly.

Thank you for trying
And the above is why I commented on your age in my first post. But then I foolishly responded to your second post and this is what you write back? In short, yes you’re trying and that’s good but you’re also lost and that’s bad. You are too young and naive to understand exactly what’s going on. And don’t get all crazy on me, we were all young and naive at one point in our lives. And if you think that 20 years from now you will believe the same things you do now you’re mistaken. People grow and learn.

Okay…one more time and hopefully this will be it…

1- A 5% tax cut does in fact mean a lot. It was a great boon to all working people. You scoffed at $2,500, yet that’s about $50 a week. What’s wrong with that man? Make a list of all the things that you can purchase in one week with fifty bucks. And more importantly that five percent spread across 140 million working Americans helps create a thriving economy.

2- It’s great you give to charity, so do rich people and a whole hell of a lot more than you do! Look it up, charities benefit more from the rich than any other group.

3- You’re not paying attention to what Obama has been saying since day one. Remember Joe the Plumber? He slapped him on the back and said “I just want you to share the wealth.” He’s attacked the rich at almost every opportunity because he thinks that they don’t deserve what they’ve earned. Even though the top 1% of taxpayers in the US pay about 37% of ALL TAXES! Obama is correct in one sense, they’re not paying their fair share THEY’RE PAYING MORE THAN THEY’RE FAIR SHARE! And…He wants them to pay even more. Now tell me junior have you ever been offered a job by a poor person? The rich drive the economy and the more you take from them to grow the government the more you hurt the economy.

Okay class is out for today your assignment is to read one good historical book of your choosing. But let me know what it is before you read it.

Your Teacher

Zeb

Like I said, you only have to give Santorum a microphone.

Don’t even read the comments or article. Scroll down and listen to the video. Just listen to what he said and think about it.

Reposting this as it’s the most extraordinary piece of information in this race. While it took republicans a little while to stumble across this, I have no doubt that the other side’s well funded oppo research was aware. They were probably drooling over the moment when they could roll this out, completely and totally disarming Romney and unmasking him as an empty political opportunist. Just about the biggest issue, gone. Off limits. Then again, TARP is off limits. Except for the fact that Romney supported bailing out Wall-Street and bankers while opposing the bailing out of blue-collar auto jobs. Oh, and in the name of ‘free-markets.’ How that works, in light of free-markets-here, but bailouts-over-there, I’m not sure. I’m sure Obama highlight the discrepancy environment. Nah.

(All starry eyed once more) Romney is the worst person who ever lived.

Sloth now correct me if I’m wrong. I’m thinking that Santorum is a really great guy, and that Romney is absolutey no good, do I have that right? Congrats I think you’re really changing some minds around here.

Hey wait a minute I just found this information on Rick Santorum

I got one with Romney running as an Arlen specter type of Republican.

And this too…

I just don’t see the difference between Santorum and the democrats…Hmm…I thought he was a conservative too.

Sloth old pal like I told you THEY ALL SAY ON THING AND DO ANOTHER! Santorum and Gingrich are no better or worse than Mitt Romney. But better one of our whores than one of theirs.

                              ABO

Andybody But Obama!

No, Mitt is by far the worst.

That’s funny I think Rick “Sanctimonious” Santorum is the worst. But if he pulls off a miracle and beats Romney for the nomination I’ll give the maximum amount allowed by law to his campaign.

You gotta stop this Sloth…let’s just focus on beating Obama. He needs to be defeated regardless of who the republican nominee is.
