It’s doesn’t matter to me Rocky is only a movie, and it doesn’t matter if certain training methods shown there aren’t productive in real life. All that matters is that movies like that will always motivate me, and always will be fun to watch.
It’s all about HEART! I guess some people just don’t know what that is.
