Today (6.28.09): ME Bench
-Bench: (95x5)(135x5)(185x5)(225x3)(275x2)(315x1)(335x0)–> Not a new PR, but it’s good to know I can just hop into benching again after more than a month off and hit my max without too much of a problem.
One more session to do before I can finally end this incredibly long, fucked up cycle and and take like 5 days straight off, then get back to my usual shit.
