Shoulders/tri last night
pressing was bothering my left shoulder, so I ended up doing a ton of lat raises

slept most of the day, no time to lift to end the year.
Going in to work over night on new years eve! Plan on hitting the gym tomorrow
Was planning on taking some progress photos this morning, but went out with some buddies from work and ate my body weight in mexican food so looking bloated, fat, and very gassy right meow.

had to call it short- had horrible gas couldnt stop farting thought i was going to poo myself.
havent updated over the past 10 days or so, nothing to update except im on vacation and ive been eating nothing but crap over those days. I think i’m up at least 8 lbs. Looking shitty. That is all.
