So have been trying to be a lot better on posting updates and more on my training and so forth. Still going to do so but will also try my absolute best to try and edit/load video logs as well. So with that here is some insight and updates on what has been going on and happening.

1.) Last week was my week to test for new 1 rm’s and all previous tests I have done I made huge leaps and bounds. This time around as I have been told in the past “you will eventually get to a point where you are fighting for 5 lb pr’s” and that is the truth. This is what my current 1rm’s look like

Paused Bench = 290 / previous was 285 so a 5 lb pr
Squat = 510 / previous was 500 so a 10 lb pr
Deadlift = 535 / previous was 525 so a 10 lb pr
