Boxing monday- Thursday
Did a few sessions of weights and conditioning also.

Been a bit slack with training moving house ATM.
Also got to cut to 79kg weight class for boxingx current weight 95kg lol

What’s the timeline for your cut, when do you have to make weight?
I haven’t gotten a fight lined up yet, coach wants me in 79kg class though.Probably in a year I’ll fight
I want to lift weights but not sure how to without affecting pm sessions, also need build cardio for boxing etc
