If you are mindful about your technique and do a hip hinge movement (like Romanians) in your assistance from time to time I don’t see why not

Today’s food. Holy shit i was super hungry today but resisted eating more than usual.

1 bowl of cereal
1 salamai and chicken and cheese sandwich
Large plate of carbonara bacon pasta

Went with the college on a movies excursion.
×2 Boost juice smoothie with blueberries,spinach, coconut water and strawberries with 2 scoops of protein powder in each.

After that went to the movies didnt eat for 4 hours and had 1 litre of milk and a microwavable container of butter chicken and rice (350 grams)

Lost 5-7 kg throughout my almost 2 month gym hiatus. Skinnier but kinda leaner i guess, Im Trying to slowly gain weight and Have been at the college since tuesday. Have trained twice since then as well. P.s sorry for different lighting.

some one arm db rows @danteism. Can only put on 20kg max on the dumbell which sucks and rows were too easy but 20kg is fine for single arm db shoulder presses and other stuff. Think i have some adjustable dumbellz at mums which i can put more weight on

Reeves deadlifts 3×20 seconds so reeves deadlifting and holding it there.

I’ll be staying at mums on school holidays and forced home weekends anyways so thats ok. Hopefully ones at mums can go up to at least 40kg. Theres heaps cheap ones online as well that go up to 100kg so i might get those lol. (In like 10 years maybe il row 100kg)

Muscle groups i want to focus on:

Forearms,Traps,Glutes and calves. Essentially just most of the ones that are noticeable with a shirt and shorts.

For calves i was thinking trying the Calf raises everyday. I did this last year but quit after like a day. I have 1 Hour of sport 5 days a week +2 of those days i have three hours ( its not 100% always sport everyday could be theory for whatever class) so bringing up my calves is useful plus bodyweight is easy to recover from.

Just do pull ups strict as. You want more mid back just lean back
