These require alot of willpower haha, they hurt like crazy especially the longer you do them. @T3hPwnisher i got these from you, been doing them a few weeks now.
I hate them but they work.
2×15 hand expansions with the level 3 yellow band
I’ve ordered the #1 CoC gripper so looking forward to using that. I’ve gone from struggling with the trainer for 1 rep to 20 in a month or so. Coolies
I’m hoping the #1 lasts a few months so I’m not tempted to buy more CoC. I need to save up for my sandbag and weight vest.
You can probably find a sandbag in a hardware store or similar (it’s gonna be just a plastic bag of sand but it’s cheap and if you decide to buy an actual strongman sandbag later on you’ll have to buy the sand anyways so just use the plastic bag until then and move the sand to the new bag when you buy it.
For weight vest I’d suggest checking if there are any used nearby. Yard sales and online auctions are your best bet.
I took two large pieces of leather and sewed them together, filled it with sand I dug up from a nearby hill. Completely free as I got the leather as leftovers from a friend’s project.
Go 1-2 hours from your city to buy a weight vest
Wear said vest
Walk back home
And ta-da! You got yourself a weight vest and the most horrifying conditioning session you’ll do this year
But on a more serious note, see how much it would cost to take a train/bus to a place where someone wants to sell a weight vest, or ask if they can send it to you in some way and compare that cost to buying a new one, it may be cheaper.
For the sand, buy it in the plastic bag, they call it play pit sand or something, then wrap that sucker in duct tape, it will be tough as nails. Aldi have duct tape for 4 bucks for a huge roll at the moment
No idea mate, they had all sorts of sizes last time I looked. I used a hessian style sandbag with duct tape around it, bugger lasted ages being carried and chucked on the floor
