so i weighed myself this arvo and i weigh 85kg apparently. Thats after a full day of water and food but even so i’ve never seen that kind of scale weight regardless. wtf.
im weighing myself first thing in the morning (yes for once i’ll actually remember) and i’m expecting 84-83.

2 plates of roast beef, cauliflower cheese, peas and corn, roast potato and carrot with gravy

yeah perhaps so. i have no idea where this weight is coming from though. i’ve weighed 83 before and that’s in an afternoon weigh in last year. i looked a lot fatter, also i had more muscle mass.

I’m going to be exact here, for my health assignment I’m tracking five days this week of food.
3 weetbix with one and a half cups of milk approximately
3 pieces of buttered french toast
2 ham, lettuce and cheese sandwiches. 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of ham, little amount of lettuce
1 ham, roast beef, lettuce, cheese wrap
2 slices of ham and 2 pieces of roast beef, 1 slice of cheese, little amount of lettuce.
2 bananas
2 small plates of bacon quiche with some salad
1 litre of milk
Small handful of walnuts throughout the day.
CoC work
3 sets of ten closing as much as i can then using the other hand to assist
1 iso hold set
2×12 hand bands
