General update
I decided, since my energy is being wasted trying to lift weights and half the time not being able to lift when im meant to ( like the last two days, because no one wanted to go with me for fuck sake). i might as well focus elsewhere.
im going to start attending MMA. its on twice a week for two hours. my pursuit for being massive and strong isnt over though, i’ve wanted to be big and strong since a young age and i love to lift weights. (i also want to compete in strongman some day). it pisses me off not being able to train when i need to so rather than always being pissed off on not being able to lift, i should invest into a different sort of training.
funny story too (well sorta but not really) a girl wanted to hang out afterschool but since no one wanted to go with me i couldnt even leave the college lmao, im 16 for fuck sakes. god i miss being at my aunties and in perth. allgoods though, a year 12 from the college (there allowed out by themselves) bumped into the girl who wanted to hang out and she gave her number to give to me. slaya life lol.

Sounds like a solid plan Duke! Good thing about MMA is that you will prob not lose any strength. The high intensity in the sport means that your body will keep its muscle if you eat accordingly. Another bonus is that you will be working different energy systems. If it’s only twice a week I would still try to keep a sprint or a lift sessions in once a week as well.

@Irishman92 thanks man! I like being 80kg and dont want to lose any weight so il keep eating. Also will still do my sprint session and try lift weights when i can. Just dropping the focus on lifting because its upsetting me to much missing sessions and not training etc. Im mainly focussed/obsessed on big forearms and grip which i read translates well to strength sports (and big forearms stand out, also who doesnt like a good handshake) so i have a CoC gripper ordered and the hand bands which will arrive soon + when i make it to the gym i can do grip stuff. I also plan on incorporating some bw stuff like fingertip pushups.
Sprinting has actually increased my leg mass in the last few weeks a little, its not ideal for getting huge legs but i can at least maintain them. Plus i like the athleticism/ results from sprinting.
If you have access to a decent size hill(Or a small steep hill) do some hill sprints, those will definitely add some mass and are perfect for conditioning. I would always do them with my backpack on filled with random shit to add some weight too it.

Actually happened the first time I used the backpack haha, just dropped it and kept going. Eventually I got used to it, but fuck was it difficult.
I would say thats a good investment for what you are trying to accomplish, dont know how much they cost tho. I always liked my ghetto backpack workouts haha

Man i need to start drinking milk nightly again, i dropped it to see the effects and I’ve been waking up all stiff and sore and sleeping worse. Woke up today feeling especially trash. Apparently it helps me sleep better too- that makes sense as it means im not going to bed hungry or something like that.
