News broke last night that Dusty Hill of legendary ZZ Top fame passed away in his sleep this week.
The music world lost another great. ZZ Top has long been my favorite band. They were even supposed to be coming to an auditorium in my town in November, but I doubt that will happen now. Happy I got to see this band in concert once at the Indianapolis 500.

I read a post before he passed, said he was going into the hospital for something with his hip.
And since the show must go on, the guitar tech was the fill in.
Who knows? Maybe they will continue after a mourning period.
Got 8-10 of their albums, but never saw live.
Their music sounds so simple with just three pieces but itās so incredibly difficult to pull off trying to play it. Any little mistake is amplified when there isnāt anything to cover it.
