Autospy being done this morning once again. But they need to view pics/vids of the crime scene to make this work, right? You just can’t study his body? How’s the odd shit work?? Anyone on here do autopsies?
Didn’t the stupid police say the crime scene appeared to have been altered? I hope they dig deep into this! Pat Lynch seems very determined to get this taken care of.
And how would a purse strap support Arturo. AND how would they know he was hung for 3 hrs. then his body fell to the floor? WTF?
This whole thing is botched up! FUCK.
He should have taken some friends with him there, dammit. Just pisses me off. And it’s fucking not fare.
I’m totally bummed out about this shit.
I am in no way knowledgeable on autopsies.
However there are many things that can be discovered by an autopsy.
Every time damage was inflicted on to you, it causes some form of trauma.
Hanging for example has the rope pull back and up (where the neck and chin meet) and thus the line of action and stress is going to be different than if someone is trying to choke you.
If someone chokes you with a leather strap, the force is going to be pretty much uniform around your neck and the forces on your neck are perpendicular to the neck (pointing towards the center of your neck). However if you hang, the force on your neck is mostly at an angle (pointing towards your ear).
Because of this, different areas of the neck (musculature, ligaments, veins, etc) will show different trauma.
From wikipedia:
" After death, the body typically shows marks of suspension: bruising and rope marks on the neck. Moreover, sphincters will relax spontaneously and urine and faeces will be evacuated.
Forensic experts may often be able to tell if hanging is suicide or homicide, as each leaves a distinctive ligature mark. One of the hints they use is the hyoid bone. If broken, it often means the person has been murdered by manual choking."
From Hanging - Wikipedia
Hyoid bone: Hyoid bone - Wikipedia
So while not every autopsy is a CSI case, it is a very exact science. They can tell alot from your death.
They can tell whether someone shot you (and if they did, how far they were and where in relation to your body) or whether you shot yourself by:
-the angle
-the size of the wounds (entry and exit wounds and they can determine the caliber and type of ammunition)
-the blood splatter on the floor or/and on the wall
-how much powder residue there is on you, the floor, your wounds and so forth.
-Other stuff most likely
Sorry for hijacking thread.
So either foul play is really the reason and it’s a cover up, or the people doing the autopsies are amateurs whose only experience is playing dr mario on gameboy.[/quote]
This is great info. Thanks for the imput!
