Felt really wiped out in this workout. The 235 on the bench felt heavy, even though I was planning on going for 255 while warming up. Kept the weights lower on the heavier exercises. I think my body is a little beat up from all the deadlifting in the last two weeks (partials, speed deads, pause deads, one-legged deads).
