When bulking and eating alot i am shitting 2-3, even 4 times a day, as a result when i feel the urge i want to be able to go in, squeeze it out, give a QUICK wipe and get out. I hate those real muddy, chocolatey, sticky shits that take ages to wipe too!
The answer is to take a fibre supplement daily. Something like Metamucil which you can mix into water and drink.
It contains psyllium husk.
What the fibre does is act like a broom which sweeps the intestinal walls and adds clean bulk to the shit. The added bulk of the fibre makes it stay together in one, consistent lump.
I found that when I was taking Metamucil, all my shits came out cleanly and only needed a couple of wipes.
No more messy shits!
